A Notebook, my Colours, a PHOTO/VIDEO camera, A microphone, and a laptop, Are the main tools THAT I USE TO TELL all MY ADVENTURES. for me

Exploration & Curiosity are my favourite tools and my major source of inspiration. Also an antidote to racism, bigotry, and inequality, and something that could inspire people to open their minds and make a positive impact on the world.

for you

Wherever i go i leave free prints, Zines, small art works, and gifts, seasoned with a handwritten question for you stranger. An unexpected find for a random soul or a lucky find after a digital scavenger hunt. - No matter you want it or not.

for us

Start learning new stuff every single day while i do the same, but do most of the work for you. Know more about what you eat, about where you could go, and about all kinds of interesting things you didn't know about, just by looking at a screen.

streetphotography & reportage

A project based on seeking the knowledge that are hidden inside the adventure of wondering around. - In 2009 i began to document the outskirts of Roma with my first film camera , but this hobby became a daily obsession only a year later, when i bought my first digital camera with manual lenses. Since then, one or more times a day I find myself exploring around wherever i am, capturing places, characters, and stuff that i think needs an extra voice. Analog & digital hand in hand, for a visual adventure thru the intimacy of the world.

A project about the amazing ingredients of this fascinating planet. - born and raised in the outskirts of Roma, surrounded by fields & farms, I grew up in a family with  a strong bond with the territory & a big vegetable garden. nowadays I use my tools to tell stories about those traditions, the ingredients, & the effects of this amazing stuff on our body’s. - a place where you can teach yourself how to cook by learning more about your ingredients, the tools & matter of your creations.

paintings & Illustrations

Places, feelings, skins, stuff & atmospheres decomposed and reassembled by a brain, puked thru some inks & Pixels.  Mixed media works on paper & walls in the city, juxtaposed by a series of en plein air watercolour & gouache illustrations absorbed into the nature. Classically trained in fine arts not so often as i wish i also lock myself somewhere and work on more personal projects, usually oils, usually big canvases.

A project based on exploring the relationship between people and their built environment - Cinematography is where most of my passions collides, considering the malleability of this media,  giving life to a multitude of different, but related,  series. A documentary approach that melts together cinematic reportages & a street raw style, mixing official informations with singular different realities. the tools in my backpack used to capture both real and fabricated images of the all world around us. I write, film, edit, and produce all my movies from my laptop, usually on a bench somewhere.

"The crowd is his element, as the air is that of birds and water of fishes. His passion and his profession are to become one flesh with the crowd. For the perfect flâneur, for the passionate spectator, it is an immense joy to set up house in the heart of the multitude, amid the ebb and flow of movement, in the midst of the fugitive and the infinite. To be away from home and yet to feel oneself everywhere at home; to see the world, to be at the centre of the world, and yet to remain hidden from the world—impartial natures which the tongue can but clumsily define. The spectator is a prince who everywhere rejoices in his incognito. The lover of life makes the whole world his family, just like the lover of the fair sex who builds up his family from all the beautiful women that he has ever found, or that are or are not—to be found; or the lover of pictures who lives in a magical society of dreams painted on canvas. Thus the lover of universal life enters into the crowd as though it were an immense reservoir of electrical energy. Or we might liken him to a mirror as vast as the crowd itself; or to a kaleidoscope gifted with consciousness, responding to each one of its movements and reproducing the multiplicity of life and the flickering grace of all the elements of life."
